Berklee Press.
The publishing arm of Berklee College of Music, Boston. Since 1962, Berklee Press has produced the most significant catalogue of jazz harmony, contemporary songwriting, music production, music industry and improvisation pedagogy in print — written by Berklee faculty and the working professionals they teach alongside.
Berklee Press emerged from Berklee College of Music to publish the curriculum the school teaches — jazz harmony, ear training, contemporary songwriting, arranging, improvisation, music production and music industry. The catalogue is written by Berklee faculty (Mark Levine on jazz piano, Jerry Bergonzi on saxophone improvisation, Joe Lovano on jazz tenor) and supplements at-Berklee study with method texts that work for self-taught students worldwide.
