Custom-Built Items — Order, Build & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all Glenn Cronkhite Custom Cases and Torpedo Bags, Inc. products on themusiciansclub.net. These instruments cases are hand-built one at a time at the Cronkhite atelier in St. Paul, Minnesota — nothing is stocked.

Why this policy exists

Glenn Cronkhite and Torpedo Bags produce more than 500 different case and bag models with over 50,000 variations between them. Because every case is cut, sewn, and finished after your order is placed, the maker incurs material and labor cost from day one of production. We pass none of that to you and we don't mark up the wait — what you pay is what the case costs, with a clear timeline.

The 48-hour cancellation window

If you change your mind, cancel within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund, no questions asked. Email info@themusiciansclub.net with your order number — that's it.

After 48 hours your order has been released to the Cronkhite production queue and material has been cut. From that point forward we cannot accept a cancellation or refund the order, because the case is being built for you specifically.

Build time

Current build time is 8 to 10 weeks from the date your order is placed. Cronkhite frequently ships earlier than the 10-week cap, but we set expectations at the longer end so we can deliver under-promise / over-deliver outcomes the great majority of the time.

You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your case ships.

Shipping & warranty

All custom-built items ship from St. Paul, Minnesota. We will email you a tracking number when shipment is initiated.

If your case arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the configuration shown on the product page, you are fully covered under our standard warranty. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or repair the item at no cost to you. The 48-hour cancellation policy does not override this warranty — damaged or defective items are always our responsibility.

How we set expectations before you buy

Every Glenn Cronkhite and Torpedo product page on themusiciansclub.net carries the build-time and cancellation rules above. The cart also requires a check-the-box affirmation before checkout, so you cannot accidentally agree to a custom build without seeing the terms. We do this to make sure no customer is ever surprised — the wait is real, the work is real, and the case is worth it.
