Shipped
Climate-protected packaging, insured to declared value, customs documentation prepared. Tracking link sent.
In transit
International tracked freight to your address. Real-time tracking; customs clearance handled.
Delivered
30-day inspection window opens on receipt. Specialist follows up within 7 days to check condition.

Out within 1–3 business days
Reeds, accessories, sheet music, and stocked instruments leave our hold within 1–3 business days of order. Track-and-trace email goes out the day of shipment. International shipping takes 3–10 business days depending on destination.
4–14 weeks, by maker
Workshop-built instruments — Marigaux oboes, Lechner trumpets, RZ clarinets, Thore contrabassoons, custom configurations — take 4–14 weeks depending on the maker, the model, and the season. Confirmed timeline before PO.
By specialist, end-to-end
Concierge orders ($10k+) follow a custom timeline agreed at quote signature, with specialist follow-up at every stage. Vintage and one-of-one pieces are quoted individually with full provenance research.
