Auf dem Weg — Three Piano Pieces Volume 1

The three pieces in this collection are characteristic examples of contemporary piano writing and playing techniques, partly in traditional, partly in space notation. The first piece juxtaposes treble and bass in free and lively figurations. The second piece is like a dialogue of widely undulating semiquaver runs, and the third piece explores new sounds outside the traditional keyboard technique • plucking and dampening strings inside the piano, thereby expanding its potential.
