Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide all required customs documentation.
Instruments containing ivory, rosewood, or other protected materials ship with full CITES permits where required.
International orders typically arrive in 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
We partner with FedEx, UPS, and DHL for international shipments. Specialty carriers used for high-value instruments.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Custom orders, Concierge items, and instruments requiring setup may take 2–5 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Multiple shipping speeds are available.
If your instrument arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund.
Sheet music and small accessories can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Instruments and high-value items require a physical address for carrier delivery and signature.
Yes. We proudly ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Military orders ship via USPS with full tracking. Allow additional transit time for overseas military addresses.
Local pickup is available by appointment. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time.
