The string’s defining feature is the spiral-steel core: “greater elasticity than that of conventional strings, which means less inertia and a higher propensity to musical vibration.”

A further technical development of Thomastik’s Künstler Seil series. Available for cello (chrome, silver, and tungsten windings) and double bass (3/4 and 4/4 sizes).
