Pomarico.
An Italian crystal-mouthpiece atelier, handcrafting since 1950. Crystal series for clarinet and saxophone — including the colour-shifting Wizard series and the city-named clarinet collections (Rome, Paris, Tokyo, Moscow, Berlin, New York, Seoul).
An Italian
crystal atelier.
The atelier’s framing: “Crystal is an ultra-dense, inert material that offers unique advantages when used to fashion woodwind mouthpieces.” Crystal mouthpieces “never warp or change in shape as ebonite can”, and the material gives a different tone quality.
The atelier originated in 1950 when a principal clarinet, dissatisfied with plastic and hard-rubber mouthpieces, chose crystal as the alternative material. The handicraft production has continued ever since.

Across the range
The series,
by name.
The clarinet collections carry city names: Rome, Paris, Tokyo, Moscow, Berlin, New York, and Seoul. The saxophone range covers classical and jazz tip openings.
The Wizard series is the atelier’s show-piece — mouthpieces that change colour depending on the light they receive. The Black Crystal and White Crystal series sit alongside, each with its own voicing.
