Six regions,
one catalogue.
Austro-German
The orchestral standard. Rotary trumpets from Lechner, Weimann, Oberrauch. Bass clarinets and contrabassoons from RZ and Thore. Where the conservatoire vocabulary is still spoken in the workshop.
French & Belgian
Conservatoire reeds and oboes from Marigaux, ligatures from BG France, mouthpieces from MARCA, premium cases from BAM. The reed and woodwind tradition at the highest tier.
Czech & Eastern
Amati, Cerveny, Josef Klier. Generations-deep brass and woodwind production at the price-to-quality intersection that almost nobody outside Bohemia matches.
Swiss & Italian
Specialty low brass from Haag Brass — cimbasso, contrabass trombone, signal-of-quality precision work. Plus Italian mouthpiece tradition: Pomarico crystal, Rigotti reeds.
North American
Anton Krutz Avant strings (Kansas City), Otto Link mouthpieces (Florida), Charles Bay clarinet mouthpieces (LA), Meyer alto sax mouthpieces — the American workshop tradition for soloists and pros.
Asia Pacific
Carol Brass instruments from Taiwan, hosco hardware from Japan, Shanghai Kinglos student strings. Production efficiency without losing acoustic integrity.
Four direct relationships.
Workshop → your hands.
Workshop direct
Order goes to the maker, not a regional warehouse. For stocked items, that's our Brooklyn-coordinated stock; for workshop builds, it's the workshop itself.
Verified & tagged
Workshop builds get a serial-number record and a build photo. Stocked items get a final inspection before they leave our hold.
Tracked, insured
International tracked freight, declared value insured, customs documentation prepared by our team. You get the tracking link the moment it leaves.
Permanent file
Warranty service, set-up adjustments, valuation maintenance — all routed through the same contact who placed the original order. No queue, no handoff.

Need a maker not on this list?
The Concierge sources from workshops outside our public catalogue. Specific instruments, vintage pieces, custom configurations — if it can be made, we can probably find it.
