How Shipping Works

Products on The Musicians Club are shipped directly from our verified vendor partners. Each vendor manages their own inventory and shipping. This means your order may ship from different locations depending on the vendor.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or for custom/made-to-order items (such as custom brass instruments), processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Domestic (United States): Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on the vendor.
  • International: International shipping is available for most products. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Sheet Music: Physical sheet music ships via standard mail. Digital editions, where available, are delivered electronically.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the vendor, destination, and shipping method. Some vendors offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Multiple Vendors

If your order contains items from multiple vendors, you may receive separate shipments with individual tracking numbers.

Shipping Issues
