These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our website and services, including The Exchange peer-to-peer marketplace and our Concierge service.

We make every effort to display our products and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities on any order
• Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• Modify or discontinue any product without notice

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or other applicable fees, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless alternative arrangements have been made (such as institutional purchase orders with approved Net-30 terms). We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and bank transfers for qualifying orders.

Shipping times and methods vary by product and destination. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition and packaging. Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Sheet music (due to copyright restrictions)
• Custom or special-order instruments
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. See our full Return Policy for details.

The Exchange is a peer-to-peer marketplace operated by The Musicians Club. As a platform provider, we facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but do not own the items listed by third-party sellers.

The Musicians Club is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party seller listings. However, all transactions are protected by our Buyer Protection and Seller Protection policies. Sellers agree to accurately describe items, and buyers agree to inspect items promptly upon receipt.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software — is the property of The Musicians Club or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless otherwise required by law.
