The Musicians Club Return Policy
At The Musicians Club, our primary goal is to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return or exchange a product, and we strive to make that process as smooth as possible. To balance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, we have developed the following return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging it was received in. Any signs of use, damage, or missing parts that are not due to manufacturing defects will void the return eligibility.
• Exclusions:
o Digital products such as downloadable software, sheet music, or lessons are non refundable once purchased.
o Custom-made or special order items are also ineligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect.
2. International Orders
• Due to the logistical complexities and high costs associated with shipping, we do not accept returns on international orders. We recommend carefully reviewing product specifications and details before making an international purchase.
3. Shipping and Handling Costs
• Non-refundable Shipping Charges: The original shipping costs associated with your purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return any items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Musicians Club is not liable for lost or damaged items during the return transit process.
• In cases of manufacturing defects, return shipping will be covered by The Musicians Club or the manufacturer.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives broken or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please follow the steps below:
1. *Contact the Vendor Directly:* You must reach out to the vendor from whom you purchased the product within 7 days of receiving it.
2. *Provide Proof of Damage:* To expedite the process, please include photos or videos of the damaged product along with your order number.
3. *Replacement or Refund:* Once the damage is verified, the vendor will determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.
5. Refund Processing
• Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you a confirmation email regarding the status of your return.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchange Policy
• We are happy to exchange products that are in their original, unused condition. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or model:
o You must return the original product in compliance with our return guidelines. o Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange. o Any price differences between the exchanged products must be settled before shipping out the new item.
o Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanging products, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect.
7. Instructions for Returning Products
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone, and provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
2. Our team will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide you with detailed instructions on where to send your return. Items returned without a RAN may not be processed.
3. Ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. 4. Ship the product back either to The Musicians Club or directly to the manufacturer (if directed).
Please note that The Musicians Club is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. We strongly encourage customers to retain proof of postage and use a trackable shipping method.
8. Non-Returnable Items
• For health and safety reasons, certain items such as earplugs, microphones, and harmonicas cannot be returned once they have been used, unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.
