The Marketplace Model (Important Notice)

The Musicians Club is a marketplace. Many products are sold and fulfilled by independent third parties ("Vendors") and, where available, by peer-to-peer sellers ("P2P Sellers"). To process and fulfill your order, we may share certain information (such as your name, shipping address, and order details) with the Vendor or P2P Seller fulfilling your order and with carriers and service providers.

Vendors and P2P Sellers may have their own privacy practices. While we require marketplace partners to use customer data only for order fulfillment and support, we are not responsible for independent practices outside the Services.
