Filter call
Within 2 working days, your rep schedules a 20-minute call to set the filter. (Imprints, subjects, budget cap.)
Parcel ships
5 working days after the filter call, the parcel ships. Pre-sorted, with the inventory sheet and the editorial note.
30-day window
Keep / return / decide. After 30 days, if you opt in, you become a paying Standing Order partner. If not, no invoice.
