At The Musicians Club, your satisfaction is our priority. As a curated marketplace connecting you with over 150 verified vendors, we work with our vendor partners to ensure fair and transparent return policies.

Return Eligibility

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
  • Item has not been modified, altered, or damaged by the buyer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sheet music — all sales are final once the seal is broken or the item has been accessed
  • Custom or made-to-order instruments — items built to your specifications cannot be returned
  • Mouthpieces, reeds, and personal hygiene items — for health and safety reasons
  • Items marked “Final Sale” — clearly indicated on the product page

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at info@themusiciansclub.net within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship the item back following the instructions provided

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for pickup at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected by the vendor:

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@themusiciansclub.net with photos of the issue. We will work with the vendor to arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
