The brief three movements of this work are set to poems of Sara Teasdale and can be performed separately or together. The composer has set the piece for unaccompanied mixed chorus divisi, and says that the cycle “utilizes the image of stars as a powerful symbol of eternal beauty and peace.” Difficulty Level: Medium Advanced Adult.
