The Jet Tone JT AH is an excellent trumpet mouthpiece for players looking to increase range and volume. Jet Tone mouthpieces were legendary throughout the ’60s and ’70s as commercial trumpet players sought to expand their range and as trumpeters like Bill Chase and Maynard Ferguson (who both played Jet Tone) were among the world’s most popular trumpeters. Al Hirt and many others were Jet Tone users as well. The Jet Tone brand was in danger of disappearing altogether but was recently revitalized and reintroduced with strict conformity to the original specifications. This includes the Jet Tone JT AH.
