The Tátu trumpet practice mute has arrived! The concept was to be able to have a complete practice session with all the aspects of today's playing requirements. Not only to practice a bit, and "try to keep in shape", but provide the possibility to maintain a high quality practice session even while using a practice mute. With this mute, you can work on the both extremes of the dynamics with ease, but also play through the complete dynamic range with a similar feeling of intonation control and resistance just like playing without a mute. It's ultralight weight and free blowing feel make it feel there is no mute in the bell. Sometimes real life circumstances require the use of a practice mute for any musician. It is soft enough to not disturb others in a hotel room, backstage or a baby sleeping next door. However, it has enough sound to provide a healthy, complete and valuable practice session.
