I don't live in the US. Does the musician's club ship worldwide?
Of course! We ship worldwide with carrier tracking and full coordination.
Are my instruments insured?
Warranty Support – we assist only if an item arrives damaged or defective. General warranty handling is usually managed directly by the vendor, especially on high-ticket items.
Do we provide trial periods?
No Trial Periods – most of our instruments are made-to-order, custom-built, or shipped internationally, so trials or returns are not possible.
What are our customization options?
Customization – many listings already include customization options. If not, customers can always email us directly and we will reach out to the vendor to check what’s possible.
