Ani Ma'amin (I Believe)

The text for this traditional Hebrew song is translated “I believe” and was sung by many Jews during the Holocaust. The words provided comfort to the victims, to the survivors and serve as a beacon of hope for the future and for humankind. This setting may be performed with piano alone or the optional orchestration for violin, clarinet, cello and bass.
