Thula Thula

“Thula Thula” is a calming and lovely lullaby from South Africa with words in the Zulu language. With relatively simple choral harmonies and a lilting melody, this piece offers choirs a great chance to work on syncopation patterns, long phrases, and dynamic shaping. This arrangement was written in loving memory of the father of a dear friend, who used to sing this lullaby to his own children when they were little.
