Marketplace Policies
Payment & Payout Timeline
Buyers: Payment is collected at checkout and held securely while the seller ships.
Sellers: After tracking confirms delivery and a 72-hour review window, your payout is released via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. A flat 10% marketplace fee is deducted from the sale price.
Shipping Requirements
All orders must be shipped with valid tracking within 48 hours of purchase. Orders without tracking may be cancelled and refunded automatically. International shipping is supported worldwide.
Making Offers
Listings marked "Accepts Offers" allow buyers to negotiate. Sellers can accept, counter, or decline any offer. Accepted offers generate a checkout link at the agreed price.
Condition Standards
Mint: Like new with no visible wear. Original packaging preferred.
Excellent: Minimal signs of use. Fully functional with only light cosmetic marks.
Very Good: Normal wear from regular use. Fully functional, may have minor cosmetic blemishes.
Good: Obvious wear and use marks but works perfectly. No functional issues.
Returns & Disputes
All sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos to open a dispute. Our team reviews both sides before making a decision.
Prohibited Items
Counterfeit or replica instruments, stolen goods, instruments with undisclosed damage, non-musical items, and items that violate any laws are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate listing removal and potential account suspension.
