Founded 1889 in Leipzig, now London-based. Concert and educational publisher — Hindemith's piano works in the original editions, the violin pedagogy line (Sevcik, Wohlfahrt), and a deep folk and pedagogic catalogue. Part of the Music Sales group.
Hindemith,
Sevcik, Wohlfahrt.
Bosworth was founded in Leipzig in 1889 by Arthur Bosworth and relocated to London. The early catalogue carried Paul Hindemith's piano music (Ludus Tonalis, the early sonatas) and the violin pedagogy line — the Sevcik and Wohlfahrt method books that every classical violin student still works through.
Now part of the Music Sales group; the catalogue still covers concert chamber music, the violin pedagogy core, folk and educational material.
