Are you a player, shop, or small maker who wants to sell through The Musicians Club?
Our Community Listing (P2P) lets you offer instruments, accessories, and sheet music directly to our global audience.
Click the link below to fill out a short Google Form with the products you’d like to sell (you can also share an Excel catalog or API details if you have them). Our team will review your submission and, once approved, add your products to our P2P vendor so customers can buy from you safely through our store.

The Musicians Club Community Listing (P2P) lets musicians sell directly to other musicians while we handle the checkout and basic protection for both sides. Here’s exactly how it works and what’s expected of every seller.

1. Apply to sell

• Fill out the Google Form with your contact details, product list, prices, shipping regions, and payout information.
• Only music-related items are allowed (instruments, accessories, sheet music, audio gear). No pirated, copied, or counterfeit products.

2. Review & approval

• Our team reviews your form, may ask follow-up questions, and then approves or declines your application.
• Approved items are listed under our Community Listing (P2P) vendor with your photos, descriptions, and prices.

3. Order & payment

• A customer buys your item through The Musicians Club checkout.
• The Musicians Club collects the payment and holds the funds in escrow (minus our platform fee).
• You receive an order confirmation with the buyer’s shipping details.

4. Shipping – seller’s responsibility

• You, the seller, are fully responsible for:Packing the item safelyShipping within your stated handling timeProviding a valid tracking numberAny insurance, customs forms, and export/import rules for your country
• Tracking must be uploaded or sent to us so we can share it with the buyer.

5. Delivery & payouts

• Once tracking shows the item as delivered (and there are no immediate issues reported), we release your payout to your chosen method after a short holding period and minus our platform fee.
• If an item is not shipped, is misrepresented, or arrives damaged due to poor packing, The Musicians Club may refund the buyer and withhold funds.

6. Quality & conduct rules

• All items must be described honestly, with clear photos and any damage or wear noted.
• No surprise extra fees may be added after purchase.
• Repeated problems (late shipping, complaints, misrepresentation, policy violations) can result in suspension or permanent removal from the P2P program.

By submitting the Google Form and listing products with us, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules and the P2P process.
