This mute is designed for players seeking a sleek, polished sound. Crafted with a soft and clean finish, the Aslaug mute provides a balanced, subtle tone that transitions smoothly between dynamics. As the first mute in the Saga trumpet straight mute lineup, it features a tapered throat that gently narrows into a small round base, ensuring precise articulation and a refined projection ideal for solo performances or delicate orchestral work.

            The Mute Saga 1 USA Version was commissioned by the National Symphony Orchestra in Washington, D.C.

*WARNING*

Philharmonic Productions mutes are made from a 3D printed plastic material that is sensitive to high temperatures. The material will start to deform if left in 130 F or 55 C temperatures. Make sure to store in cooler locations.
