- Eugenia Cho has played the violin since she was 6 years old. She will now be entering her first year Master's studying orchestral violin performance at the Manhattan School of Music under Professor Lisa Kim and David Chan. During her pre-college career, Eugenia attended the University of Michigan's String Preparatory Academy, where she studied under Stephen Shipps.
- Eugenia has always been passionate about orchestral playing and has been concertmaster and principal position for numerous orchestras, including the Spoleto Music Festival, University of Michigan Symphony Orchestra and Campus Symphony Orchestra, as well as 4 consecutive seasons of the Michigan All State & Honors Orchestras. She has had the honor of working with musicians, such as Wynton Marsalis & The Jazz Lincoln Center, Oriol Sans (University of Wisconsin-Madison), and Dr. Larry Livingston (USC), who awarded her a full scholarship to attend the Idyllwild Chamber Festival Intensive in 2018. In past summers, Eugenia was selected to be a fellow in the ACA orchestra at the Aspen Music Festival and a section violinist in the National Repertory Orchestra. This year, she will be playing as a member of the Virginia Symphony Orchestra!
- Eugenia has started offering comprehensive, engaging, and motivating private violin lessons both in person and online since 2018. She has organized numerous biannual student recitals and various age group classes throughout the school year to accommodate and engage each of her students. She has taught masterclasses and was guest musician at local middle and high schools.
