David Pérez was born in Murcia in 1997. He studied in the Brass Academy Alicante, teachers Martin Angerer/Rudi Korp and simultaneously received his bachelor's degree in Albacete. His teachers include M. Blanco/J.A.García/J.M.Escobar/C.Megías.
He has won several music competitions in Spain since a young age. David was selected to be part of numerous young orchestras in Spain and was accepted as an active member in EUYO (European Youth Orchestra) and Mahler Chamber Academy.
He continues his collaborations with national and international professional orchestras to include the Malmö Symphony Orchestra, ADDA Simfònica, Orquesta Sinfónica de la Región de Murcia, among others.
Currently, David works in Orquesta Ciudad de Granada as principal trumpet since September 2022. He is combining the orchestra job with his activity in social media, creating content, collaborating with makers and with his work as arranger.
Paul is one of the most creative brass players of his generation as an interpreter, composer, performer and improviser. He studied trumpet with Malte Burba and Mike Svoboda in Mainz and Basel and as a fellow of the International Ensemble Modern Academy in Frankfurt.
Concerts have taken him to the main festivals for contemporary music, such as Donaueschinger Musiktage and Wittener Tage für Neue Kammermusik, as a soloist and in a wide variety of chamber music and ensemble formations. He has appeared as a soloist with the WDR Symphony Orchestra, and plays regularly in groups as ensemble contrechamps, Ensemble Modern, zinc&copper, Ictus Ensemble and l'art pour l'art, as well as in his own formations MAM.manufaktur für aktuelle musik and hear now berlin.
His work includes intensive collaboration with composers of his generation to realize new works for a wide range of (brass) instruments and the exploration of new sounds - acoustic, thematic and social - in his own compositions and improvisations.
Paul is a prize winner of various national and international competitions, including the German Music Competition and the ensemblia composition prize. He was awarded a residency scholarship at the Cité des Arts in Paris in 2018 and has been a fellow of Junge Akademie | Academy of Sciences and Literature in Mainz since 2020.

Sigurjon Stefansson -
Sigurjon Stefansson is a Trumpet player from Austin, now residing in Syracuse, New York. He graduated from Baylor in 2021, and is currently freelancing and producing lo-fi jazz under the name Sig Sounds as of recently. Sig is a music aficionado, and is interested in many genres of music, from classical, to jazz, and metal. Aside from music, he is also a bike mechanic at Mello Velo, and enjoys riding bikes, climbing, and various other outdoor sports.
Lau Wen Rong -
Section trumpet of the Singapore Symphony Orchestra and prizewinner of the International Trumpet Guild (ITG) Solo Competition in 2013, Lau Wen Rong completed his Master’s Degree with Raymond Mase at The Juilliard School under the Frieda and Harry Aronson Scholarship.
Wen Rong received his Bachelor of Music Degree from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music of the National University of Singapore, where he was awarded a full merit scholarship. His competition successes include 2nd place at the Pan-Asian soloist competition at Brass Explosion 2012, 2nd place in the prestigious Norman Cooper Chamber Music Competition held in Aberdeen (Brass Polish), and 1st place at the Singapore International Band Festival (Orchestra Collective).
Wen Rong has appeared with the Metropolitan Festival Orchestra, Singapore Lyric Opera Orchestra, Juilliard Orchestra and the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory Orchestra. He has also participated in music festivals such as the Pacific Music Festival (PMF) in Japan and was selected as a Fellow at the Aspen Music Festival in 2015. As an active chamber musician, he has performed with award-winning brass ensemble, Brass Polish (Singapore) and various other brass quintets in Singapore, taking part in outreach activities and bringing the joy of music to the public.
Wen Rong is a recipient of the 2015 RI-Darrell Ang Young Musicians’ Foundation Scholarship, Trailblazer Foundation Study Grant and National Arts Council Capability Development Grant. Wen Rong has studied with Jon Dante, Mark Gould, Joe Burgstaller, William Theis and Tay Jiun Ngiap. Wen Rong is currently on the faculty at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of music and he is a Yamaha Artist.
Carlos Gómez -
Carlos Gómez is a Mexican multi-instrumentalist musician. Graduated from the Meritorious University of Zacatecas.
He has participated in renowned festivals such as the Edinburgh International Festival in Scotland, Rheingau Festival in Wiesbaden Germany. Maspalomas International Trumpet Festival in Spain, among others.
Carlos has had performances in more than 17 countries with orchestras such as The Orchestra of the Americas, National Symphony Orchestra of Mexico, Miteleuropa Orchestra in Italy, Sinaloa de las Artes Symphony Orchestra, Zacatecas Philharmonic Orchestra among others.
He works as a teacher on the trumpet. In order to deliver to the new generations practical tools that help the good artistic and musical development.
He currently performs for the prestigious company Xcaret in the Riviera Maya.
Matthew Mantione -
A New York native, Matthew has enjoyed an eclectic career in performance, administration, and education. Matthew studied classical trombone at Purchase College Conservatory of Music under Jack Schatz and Tim Albright. Immediately after, was offered an opportunity to study at The Mannes College of Music In Demian Austin's studio to achieve his Masters. Soon after Mannes, Matt pursued his calling as a music educator and completed a rigorous degree at Hunter College School of Education. Now, Matt has been able to pursue many performance opportunities which include contracts with regional orchestras, solo work, chamber music and the occasional Latin Jazz gig. Matt is on the Student Affairs Management team at Usdan Summer Camp for The Arts in Wheatley Heights and is currently the Director of Music at E.B.C. High School in Brooklyn. Matthew aims to bring quality music education to students from all backgrounds and diverse communities in the NYC area.
Vincent Kim -
Vincent Yim was born in Hong Kong in 2002. At the age of 18, Vincent began pursuing a Bachelor of Music Degree at the Juilliard School under the tutelage of Raymond Mase, former principal trumpet of the New York City Ballet Orchestra, and Chris Martin, principal trumpet of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra. Vincent is a proud recipient of a Kovner Fellowship.
Vincent’s musical journey started when he earned the Interlochen Orchestral Full Scholarship, which brought him to study with Vince Dimartino, a world-class trumpet soloist and Professor Emeritus in 2018. In 2022, Vincent was chosen worldwide to be one of the only two trumpet players for the Pacific Music Festival's Orchestra Academy, where he had the opportunity to study with Tamás Velenczei, former principal trumpet of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, and Mark J. Inouye, principal trumpet of the San Francisco Symphony.
Vincent's alma mater, Ying Wa College and Ying Wa Primary School, also took him on music exchanges to Malaysia, Australia, Austria, the Netherlands, and the UK, where he received gold awards with various ensembles in international music competitions. Vincent’s past teachers include Kelvin Ngai, Sierra Tse, and Fung Ka Hing.
