Is there a fee to open a file?+
No. Briefing, advisory, and initial sourcing are at no cost. Our compensation is built into the agreed transaction price — you see the all-in figure on the quote, with the workshop pricing shown alongside, before you commit.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. Concierge files have shipped to Europe, North America, the UK, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. Insured, tracked, customs-handled. We coordinate with the buyer's freight forwarder when one is preferred.
Can I try before I commit?+
For $25k+ acquisitions, a single demonstrator unit can typically be arranged to your studio or rehearsal room ahead of purchase. Demo terms (loan window, return shipping, security deposit) are agreed in writing as part of the quote. Vintage and one-of-one pieces are case-by-case.
Can you handle a full section refit?+
Yes — this is one of our most common file types. Conservatoires, military bands, regional orchestras, and opera pits use the Concierge for full-section orders that span multiple makers. One PO, consolidated shipping, single specialist.
What about estate sales or consignment?+
Yes. We handle estate inventory privately — valuation, vetting of buyers, and either outright purchase, targeted placement, or consignment depending on the family's wishes. NDA available before details are shared.
Can I just email instead of using the form?+
