Marketplace Guidelines
Marketplace Guidelines
These guidelines apply to marketplace listings, vendor listings, and peer-to-peer activity on The Musicians Club. They are meant to protect listing quality, buyer trust, and resolution speed when issues arise.
What Sellers Must Do
- List the correct product, condition, edition, maker, and included accessories.
- Use clear and representative images.
- Disclose defects, wear, repairs, missing parts, and customizations.
- Ship within the stated handling window or communicate delays immediately.
What Is Not Allowed
- Counterfeit or misleading products.
- Listings with inaccurate photos or hidden condition issues.
- Unsafe, illegal, or restricted items.
- Attempts to move buyers off-platform where platform rules prohibit it.
Buyer Expectations
- Review listing details carefully before ordering or making an offer.
- Ask questions before purchase when edition, fit, or condition matters.
- Report damage, wrong items, and material misrepresentation quickly with evidence.
- Respect each seller’s stated turnaround and marketplace policy requirements.
Enforcement and Disputes
- We may edit, suspend, or remove listings that fail marketplace standards.
- We may request proof, photos, invoices, or shipment evidence during disputes.
- Repeat policy failures can result in seller restriction or removal.
To report a listing concern or dispute, contact info@themusiciansclub.net and include the listing link, order number if applicable, and supporting images.
