The Musicians Club operates as a marketplace. Most items ship directly from approved vendors, makers, publishers, and distributors. This page gives the practical overview; the full Shipping Policy and Return Policy remain the source of record.

Shipping

  • Most orders are vendor-fulfilled rather than stocked by The Musicians Club.
  • Delivery timing depends on vendor handling, carrier transit, and customs where applicable.
  • Tracking is sent once a shipment is created. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to appear.
  • Made-to-order and special-order items can require additional lead time before dispatch.
  • International customers are responsible for duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and similar import fees unless checkout states otherwise.
Damage or delivery problems must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Returns

  • Returns require authorization before anything is sent back.
  • Eligible items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Custom, made-to-order, final-sale, and digital items are generally non-returnable.
  • Standard return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Do not ship a return without approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
