Store Standards

The Musicians Club Standards

These are the operating standards we expect across our storefront, vendor network, and customer experience. They exist to keep the marketplace accurate, trustworthy, and professionally useful to musicians.

Listing Accuracy

  • Product titles, images, variants, and descriptions must represent the item being sold.
  • Condition, edition, finish, size, and included components must be disclosed clearly.
  • Lead-time or made-to-order status must be stated where relevant.
  • Prices and shipping information must reflect the actual vendor offer.

Product Quality and Authenticity

  • We expect authentic products from approved brands, makers, publishers, and sellers.
  • Counterfeit, misleading, or materially misdescribed products are not permitted.
  • Images should be clear, current, and representative of the item or edition.

Order Handling

  • Orders should be processed promptly and shipped within the vendor’s stated handling window.
  • Tracking must be supplied when available.
  • Damage, shortage, and wrong-item claims must be handled with urgency and evidence.
  • Customer communication should be clear, factual, and timely.

Marketplace Conduct

  • Vendors and sellers must comply with applicable laws, taxes, and shipping rules.
  • Unsafe, prohibited, or deceptive listings may be removed without notice.
  • We reserve the right to suspend collections, listings, or seller access where trust or accuracy breaks down.
