The Carol Brass CTR-1000H-YSS-Bb-LH is a purpose-built left-handed Bb trumpet, one of the very few quality left-handed trumpets available on the market. This instrument is mirror-configured so that left-handed players can hold and operate the valves with their left hand naturally, eliminating the awkwardness and discomfort of playing a standard right-handed trumpet.
