Our Life Has Its Seasons

This familiar scripture from Ecclesiastes is adapted by Tom Long in a fresh way that confirms for all of us how God shapes our lives through a flow of seasons. The long lyrical vocal lines in the warm key of D flat achieve a continuous momentum toward the climax when the choir sings about in times of rejoicing and times of tears, that God will be there. An optional flute or violin will add an enhancing color to the rich choral harmonies.
