III · Workshop Portraits

Four direct relationships.

A small selection from the network — the workshops we work with most closely. Each one is a direct line, not a distributor.

IV · How It Ships

Workshop → your hands.

Four steps from the bench in Mantes-la-Ville (or Salzburg, or Kansas City, or Taipei) to your studio, regardless of where you order from.
01 · Source

Workshop direct

Order goes to the maker, not a regional warehouse. For stocked items, that's our Brooklyn-coordinated stock; for workshop builds, it's the workshop itself.

02 · Build / Pick

Verified & tagged

Workshop builds get a serial-number record and a build photo. Stocked items get a final inspection before they leave our hold.

03 · Ship

Tracked, insured

International tracked freight, declared value insured, customs documentation prepared by our team. You get the tracking link the moment it leaves.

04 · Aftercare

Permanent file

Warranty service, set-up adjustments, valuation maintenance — all routed through the same contact who placed the original order. No queue, no handoff.

V · Reach

Where we ship,
what we quote in.

A short summary of operational reach — useful for institutions and individuals shipping outside the US.

Sourcing Beyond The Map

Need a maker not on this list?

The Concierge sources from workshops outside our public catalogue. Specific instruments, vintage pieces, custom configurations — if it can be made, we can probably find it.
